I just called and Nylabone is NOT answering their phones, the outgoing VM message says their customer service agents are all in a training session. Yeah, I bet they are. We just purchased two sets of puppy Nylabones for our soon-to-join-us puppy. And of course, I don’t have receipts. But tossing $25 worth of bones is cheaper than a vet bill. So disappointed with yet another pet company.
